Children Art Birthday Parties

$35 per adult (2hrs)

Paintings Made by Me staff provides the art entertainment, Painting supplies & materials, instructor, step by step painting instructions, set-up & break down; Please call “Painting made by me” at (734)237-7974 or fill out our contact form for more details and to schedule your event/party.

Please have your guest arrive 20-30 minutes before the party, as all parties start at the schedule time. Guest arriving more then 20 minutes late may not be permitted to start painting as they will not have adequate time to complete their painting within the allotted time.

Please read the following guidelines to ensure an ultimate party

Thank you for booking your private party with Paintings Made by Me. Our goal is to deliver top notch entertainment for your special occasion. Please read the following guidelines to ensure an ultimate party.

Location

All parties are held at your location or ours. The host is responsible for securing all details with the selected venue. The host is to provide all necessary tables and chairs for the paint party. Paintings Made by Me, will provide the art entertainment and painting supplies. The host will also be responsible for ensuring access to the venue 2 hours before the event. Paintings Made by Me will travel within a 45 mile radius from the metro area, please inquire about location prior to booking, as additions fees could be assessed if outside the area.

Party Time & Deposit

Party times are booked in two or three hour sessions. Two hour paintings are $35 per person and $45 for three hour paintings. . All parties start on time. Please ensure your guest has arrive at least 20 minutes prior to start time. A $100 deposit is due at booking the remainder is due 7 days before the paint party. If booking is less than 7 days before the event, paint party will be due in full. There is a 10 person minimum required for all private parties.

Cancellations Policy

If you wish to cancel, you need to submit in writing at Paintingsmadebyme@gmail.com, at least 14 days before your private party. If notice is not given Paintings Made by Me will charge a $250 cancellation fee including forfeit of your $100 deposit. Paintings Made by Me, reserves all rights in unforeseen circumstances to cancel or postpone private party.

By checking the “Private Party Contract Terms” box above I acknowledge that I understand, read and agree to all the terms of the contract. I understand that I will be held financially responsible for a $250 cancellation fee for cancellations made within 14 days of private party. I further more acknowledge that I must meet the minimum of 10 guests, and will be charged accordingly. Painting Made By Me will not be responsible for liability of guest behavior and safety, or safety in related in the consumption of alcohol. My credit card will be charged according to the terms of the contract.
